Dean Marino records as Ex-Po. He creates a dreamy, complex sound for his smart songs.

"Bombs Away" is a soft-spoken song of anger and threats. "Remember?" is a strong tune with a slight sixties bent to it. The groovy "Sister Look up" reminds me a bit of Belle and Sebastian. Its strong rhythm and delightful harmonies entrance.

This is a lovely little EP that has me looking forward to hearing more of Marino's project.
