Polydream has released a nice little EP. They'll remind you of Britpop's heyday with their sparkling melodies and attitude. "Catch Me If You Can" even gets way with using a child choir. Its anthemic but wisely builds its momentum slowly. "Juner" sees singer Jonathan Knudson being softer and the Beatles-y mood suits the song.

"Everything Else Comes to Life" is probably the best song here, a very Oasis-like dash of melodic genius. Knudson's a persuasive front man. A remix of the opener and a live song end this very promising debut.
