Deerhoof
Friend Opportunity
Kill Rock Stars

The other week I went into Melbourne's Polyester Records looking for the Deerhunter album. The sales assistant replied, "Deerhunter? Don't you mean Deerhoof?" Rather than saying, "No, Deerhunter," leaving, and then buying the massively disappointing Cryptograms album from another store, I should have said:

"Yes! You're right! How silly of me. I loved The Runners Four, and Friend Opportunity is equally essential. I'll take Milk Man, Apple O', and Reveille, please! Thank you and good day!"

You can learn from my mistake. Don't buy the new album by Deerhunter. Buy Friend Opportunity by Deerhoof. It's really great. Plenty of other reviews go over all the details. Just trust me on this one.
