Marco Fabro leads Lily's Puff and has done so though several incarnations. "The Rope" features Fabros voice delicately intertwined with a female voice. "Distant Walking" throbs with delicate menace, it resembles David Sylvian. "Kitchen Element" is dense and atmospheric Fabro sounding like a man possessed. "Serpentine" is an odd song, recalling Peter Murphy. Lily's puff inhabit a sparsely lit seldom cheerful but mostly fascinating world. Long may they roam.
