Melanie Dekker's new album is low-key and charming as she strips the songs down but maintains the sparkle of her other records. "We're The Angels" is sweet
and easy to sing along to. Dekker's close to Sheryl Crow at her carefree best on this song. "Meant To Be" continues the cool vibe and is just as great, but
a little slower. Dekker's vocal is gorgeous as she sings of someone she loves that might be lost to her. "Your Heart Beating" is sensitive and sweet and has
a great tune. "Tell Me That I'm Wrong" is a strong song, Dekker prying to get to heart of a dying relationship with great insight.
Her album is very nice indeed.
