Bear Driver
Paws and Claws
Bear Driver

Bear Driver hail from England and this is their debut EP. After spending time in other bands, they decided to record something together and here it is.

The woozy pop of "A Thousand Samurais" is replete with cute boy/girl vocals and a sunny tune. It's like Belle and Sebastian deciding to go psychedelic and merrily stopping in the woods with Little Red Riding Hood. "Ada Rose" closes the EP nicely, a celestial song with an unnerving freak folk bent. It's still very melodic, and the lead vocals bounce along nicely. It's a promising debut all told. Let's go down to the woods tonight.
