Loomis & The Lust
Nagasha
Kings of Spain

Will Loomis fronts this bright young band on this very engaging pop/rock EP. The catchy "Bright Red Chords" opens with a confident buzz as Loomis sings of the power of music. "Break on Love" is kinda funky and nods towards the Red Hot Chili Peppers' groove thing. The guitar parts are pure gold. "Cure for Sale" is equally compelling in a quieter and perhaps deeper way. Loomis' vocals are strong as ever and the backing great. This EP does a good job of paving the way for an hopefully equally good full length.
