Donovan's Brain Donovan's Brain create complex psych pop the right way. Their new album is a very fine thing. "Houseboy" is a delightfully folksy song with a sixties vibe to it, the band playing to their strengths. "Up To Me, Down To You" is an energetic sprint of a song with a great chorus and some nice guitar-work. "Selfish Modern" is a nicely psychedelic song with a great vibe. It's a great example of their sound. "Lightning Life" is a great song with a memorable chorus, the band playing with great levity. It's a fine album. Copyright © 2015 Anna Maria Stjärnell
