Miriam Jones makes rootsy music, and her recent effort is a fine record in the genre. "Train" is a great breakup song, with a solid backing and Jones singing at the top of her game. "Warning" is a good up-tempo number with a sad undertone and she plays it well.

"Don't Be Hard On Me" is a powerful song with a heartfelt lyric, and an uplifting melody. "Missed You" is a lovely song that recalls Lucinda Williams, but leaves space for Jones to create her own magic. It's a fine album.
